Congratulations Susan Matthias, Penn Community Bank, on your retirement after 45+ years of service to the Upper Bucks County Communities. We are grateful for ALL you have done to assist us ALL over the years, and for your countless time spent here at our Firehouse, volunteering with your family, friends and colleagues.

Become a Volunteer
If you would like to become a volunteer firefighter with Community Fire Company #1, Station 42, Riegelsville, come out to one of our drill nights and sign up or get more information! We drill every Tuesday at 7 pm at the firehouse on Delaware Road. We are always looking for more dedicated members to help our community through firefighting and fire police.
If you are under 18, you would be a Junior Firefighter explorer.
New members with previous training or experience enter with a 6 month probation period. New members with no training or experience enter with a 1 year probation period. New members are expected to be certified with Firefighter 1 standing by the completion of their first year on the company. There is no financial cost to the individual training.
There is no financial cost to join, only a commitment of time, training, and enthusiasm.
New firefighters are equipped with turnout gear and a pager.
